King’s Casino, one of Europe’s top poker destinations located in Rozvadov, the Czech Republic has announced that it will be holding its first ever European €111,111 One Drop High Roller in November 2017 as part of the World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) tournament series.

Leon Tsoukernik, owner of King’s Casino highlighted that the event had been well received as 50 spots had already been confirmed 6 months in advance. The buy-in fee for the tournament is fixed €11,000 and there now remains just 61 seats to be reserved.

In a statement, Leon Tsoukernik said,

These kind of numbers are something that is surely unprecedented in an event of this kind this far away from it starting. With a cap of 111 players, we nearly have half the field with well over six months to go!

The One Drop foundation is the official charity partner for World Series of Poker (WSOP). The High Roller event will be held November 3 and will have a guarantee of €10,000,000. A secondary event, the Little One for One Drop will be held Nov. 1-2 with a guarantee of €500,000.

Tsoukernik said that the casino had added the €10,000,000 guarantee after seeing the strong trend in pre-registrations. The WSOP Europe is being held at King’s Casino under a multi-year partnership agreement between the WSOP and the casino. Several prominent poker players will be participating in the event including Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Ivey, Fedor Holz, Boris Becker, Phil Hellmuth, Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier, Rainer Kempe and Adrian Mateos.

Since its launch in 2012, the One Drop charity event has raised more than $18,500,000 for funding water access projects across the world. Organizers are hoping to cross the and state that the funds raised would be used towards causes related to improving access to clean water, hygiene and sanitation. A joint statement from WSOP and King's Casino stated that the charity’s contributions have already helped over 200,000 people across India, Latin America and West Africa.

Guy Laliberte, the founder of One Drop and Cirque du Soleil said that he was excited to finally visit the famed King’s Casino. In addition to the High Roller for One Drop and Little Drop, the WSOP Europe will offer several other exciting events spread over two weeks such as the €1,100 No-Limit Hold'em Monster Stack, the €550 Pot-Limit Omaha, the Colossus €550 No-Limit Hold'em, the €1,650 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed and the €1,650 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better.
